Job Description
Let’s keep this simple.
We’re a busy café and coffee is a big part of what we do. We care about consistency, speed, and keeping things running properly - especially when it gets hectic.
We’re looking for an experienced barista who’s comfortable on the machine and can hold their own during service.
The reality of the role:
- Early starts (6:00am)
- Weekend shifts are part of the deal
- It gets busy, you’ll need to keep pace without it falling apart
- You’ll be expected to stay consistent, not just “get coffees out”
If you prefer slower-paced environments or need support during a rush, this probably isn’t the right fit.
What you’ll actually be doing:
- Running a coffee section during peak service
- Dialling in grinders and adjusting throughout the day ...
