Our Financial Customer Service & Collections Representatives handle inbound and outbound customer interactions while maintaining a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service, sensitivity, and urgency.

Schedule We have a permanent full-time opportunity in North York and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the operating hours of:

Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 11:00pm EST

Saturdays – 8:00am to 6:00pm EST
