**Requirements**:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a bricklayer
Proven expertise in masonry, bricklaying, and related construction tasks
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
Strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills (English or Norwegian preferred)
