Job Summary At Nobu Hotel Barcelona, the Bar Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of bar services, upholding the quality, service, and presentation standards defined by the Nobu brand. This individual leads the team of bartenders, fosters a creative environment for the development of new cocktails, conducts training and follow-up for new team members, and oversees compliance with operational, hygiene, and safety procedures. Additionally, the Bar Supervisor acts as a liaison between the team and management, supports special events, and actively participates in service whenever needed
