The ideal candidate has:

• Demonstrable experience with a minimum of 2 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience in restaurants and functions or industrial and bulk production
• Previous experience with A la carte style will be highly regarded
• A love for your work and for the industry
• A minimum Commercial Cookery Certificate III (or equivalent)
