How You’ll Make an Impact

•Act as an expert in drivetrain topology, gearbox, and bearings technologies for wind turbines, scouting and identifying new suppliers in China

•Support and strengthen the qualification of ongoing and potential new suppliers in China together with teams in Denmark, Spain and India

•Understand failure modes and gather lesson learnt in wind power industry, and effectively transfer insights to design teams

•Contribute to and influence the roadmap of drivetrain design for future onshore and offshore turbine products, leveraging insights from local OEMs and suppliers
