Experienced gardener needed for orchard maintenance

I have a small orchard on my property that needs regular upkeep. I'm looking for someone knowledgeable in pruning fruit trees, removing weeds, and general care to keep the trees healthy and productive. Ideally, you should have experience with apple and pear trees. The work will involve some physical labor and attention to detail. I prefer someone reliable who can come weekly during the growing season. Please bring your own tools if possible.
