Hours: MondayFriday, 08:0016:30
Additional: Occasional Saturdays (rotational basis)
We are seeking a dedicated & experienced Gardener to join our clients team at a peaceful ground set within the Dorset countryside. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining natural landscapes, and values conservation-led land management.
The Role
You will be responsible for the ongoing care and maintenance of woodland, meadow, and landscaped areas, helping to preserve a tranquil and dignified environment for visitors.
Key duties include:
General grounds and horticultural maintenance
Planting, pruning, mowing, strimming, and seasonal tasks
Caring for woodland and meadow habitats in line with ecological principles
