EXPERIENCED HEAD PASTRY CHEF NEEDED

Allstar Recruitment have a vacancy for an experienced Head Pastry Chef for our busy CBD client who are looking to expand their current operations. This position is on a large scale basis for one of Perth's finest establishments, so experience in a similar environment and a stable working history are key!

Successful candidates will have the following:

*5+ years minimum Head Pastry Chef experience (preferably in a busy, fine dining capacity)

*Leadership of a large team and communication skills are essential

*Experience in high volume production

*Immaculate self presentation

*Functions experience essential

*Working to the clients needs

*Creativity

*Costing / rostering / budgeting experience essential

*Experience working in a large mutli scale kitchen advantageous
