Experienced Hire Recruiter (m/f/d) 12‐month fixed‐term contract

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Experienced Hire Recruitment team at Mercer, playing a key role in building Oliver Wyman's new hub in Lisbon.

Please note, this role is offered on a 12‐month fixed‐term contract.

This is a hybrid position, with a requirement to work at least three days per week in the office.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the Experienced Hire Recruiter coordinates the day-to-day operations of recruiting of consultants for France, ensuring that hiring goals are achieved while addressing the logistical, geographical and branding issues of recruiting experienced consultants with a focus on building a diverse candidate pool.

We will count on you to:

• Sourcing candidates for all Practice Groups within predominately the French market using a variety of channels including direct applications, employee referral programmes, direct sourcing efforts, job board postings
