Job Description
Join Johnson Controls as an experienced HR Business Partner, enhancing employee engagement and compliance within our Alberta manufacturing facilities. Drive HR initiatives that focus on labor relations, recruitment, and development.
As an HRBP, you will play a crucial role in executing HR services across our Edmonton, Sherwood Park, and Nisku plants. You'll partner with managers for workforce planning, oversee recruitment, and navigate employment legislation. Additionally, your skills will be key in coaching leaders and reporting personnel metrics to drive organizational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute effective HR operations and services
• Strategize human capital planning with management
• Foster positive employee-management relationships
• Coach people leaders on HR best practices
• Prepare and analyze HR statistical reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
