JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations. Hands on role covering food prep, cooking, service support, dishwashing, and staff meals preparation. Works independently in a small cafe setup.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily kitchen operations
Prepare and cook menu items during service
Handle food prep and portioning
Cook and prep free staff meals
Perform dishwashing and kitchen cleaning as needed
Monitor inventory and report low stocks
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and proper food handling
Coordinate with front of house during service hours
Ensure proper use and basic care of kitchen equipment

QUALIFICATIONS
With experience in cafe or small kitchen operations
Can handle multitasking and hands on kitchen work
Physically fit for long hours standing
Can work independently with minimal supervision
