We need an Experienced Loan Officer with real skills to support and lead new hires, building and maintaining pipelines, snagging leads, and developing relationships. The role is remote and offers the opportunity to work closely with Niko Kramer , the senior leader who oversees 18 Loan Officers and mentors the 6 newest hires to rapidly scale performance through coaching and file structuring. Your mission is to be the go‑to partner for structuring, teaching, and supporting new applications, especially for the new Loan Officers in the past 30 days. This is a full‑time position that values a relentless work ethic, leadership, and a passion for mortgages.
