As an integral member of the rehabilitation team, you will assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans. You are responsible for maintaining clinical records aligned with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Engaging with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals will enhance the effectiveness of your treatments while ensuring quality care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and re-evaluate treatment plans for clients
• Document assessments, goals, and client progress accurately
• Educate clients on their treatment journey
• Lead and guide Rehabilitation Assistants in care delivery
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety protocols

• Degree in Physiotherapy; registration is mandatory
