About the restaurant


The restaurant is in Cannes, it is not on the sea-front.


The project


We are looking for an Experienced Chef ready to start working as of March 01st, 2026. 


This is a permanent contract - CDI contract. 


We are willing to find a Chef who is ready to evolve on a long-tem basis. This restaurant is a local place with a strong clientele of regulars. We are willing to offer them the same experience as previously with a better quality of dishes, without imposing a radical change all in a sudden. Therefore, this change will happen softly. We are looking for an Experienced Chef ready to carry this challenge with the management of the restaurant and its team.


Typical duties include:


  • Conferring with the owners of the restaurant to determine menu specifications, and restrictions
