Experienced Professional, Traffic Engineer

WSP is currently initiating a search for an **Experienced Professional, Traffic Engineer** for our **Herndon, VA or Richmond, VA** Office Location. Be involved in projects with our **Transportation Team** and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.

+ This position will be a key hire to help grow our Traffic Engineering practice, including Intelligent Transportation Systems( ITS) /Traffic Engineering design, signal timing, traffic analysis and traffic studies. Position will report to Lead Traffic Engineer and serve as project engineer or task manager for traffic engineering projects, with the expectation that the candidate will assume Project Management roles within two to three years.
+ Successful candidate will work on VDOT Signal Timing, ITS/Signal Design and Operational Improvements projects, traffic safety, as well as traffic engineering projects for local governments. Candidate...
