Experienced Project Manager in Heavy Industry

As a Project Manager with at least five years in industrial or general construction, you will manage various contract formats, ensuring project success. Your strong understanding of project scheduling and cost control will be pivotal in communicating with clients and enhancing team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project delivery from initiation to closure
• Manage scope changes and monitor site conditions
• Direct and mentor project coordinators and superintendents
• Facilitate procurement and compliance with safety standards
• Analyze project financials, manage change orders, and invoicing
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years managing projects between $5M and $20M
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management or Engineering
