Experienced Property Manager

Today, we wish to strengthen our teams in Lausanne and are looking for our future confirmed Property Manager. Your mission is to manage all the tasks related to the management of a portfolio of institutional buildings located in the Lausanne region, working with the owner, stakeholders, and technical service providers alongside a Junior Manager and an Assistant. Regular analysis and monitoring of the portfolio, vacant properties and building technical aspects, management of maintenance contracts, handling claims, oversight of works, and monitoring of invoices and budgets. Management of complex files and liaison with the owner in front of authorities.
