Your future mission consists of ensuring all tasks related to managing a portfolio of properties, primarily institutional, located in the Nyon region, with owners, and contractors/master of technical management activities alongside two assistants. Regular analysis and monitoring of the portfolio, vacancies, and technical issues of the properties, monitoring maintenance subscriptions, managing claims, controlling and overseeing works, verifying and following up on invoices and the state of the properties and the move-out process.
