Fitch Violande is on the lookout for a dedicated paralegal to support their property law practice. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of real estate processes, particularly the Land Registration Act and Nova Scotia Property Online. Familiarity with the Divorce Act would be beneficial, alongside the ability to assist in family law documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review legal documents for real estate transactions
• Prepare documents for family law matters
• Communicate with clients and legal professionals
• Manage property and family law files efficiently
• Update client records in PC Law as needed
Requirements:
• 2-5 years experience in real estate law
• Knowledge of the Land Registration Act
• Familiarity with family law legislation
