The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of real estate processes, particularly the Land Registration Act and Nova Scotia Property Online. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review legal documents for real estate transactions
• Prepare documents for family law matters

Requirements:
• 2-5 years experience in real estate law
• Knowledge of the Land Registration Act
