Job Description:

We are looking for an Experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing team in Makati. This role is fully onsite and focused on end-to-end recruitment for international markets. The position is a 100% voice-based role, requiring strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain job postings across international job boards
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
• Conduct voice-based recruitment activities
• Facilitate onboarding of hired applicants
• Coordinate closely with onshore clients and internal stakeholders

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of recruiting experience, regardless of industry
• Experience must be in non-BPO recruitment
• Strong verbal communication skills for a pure voice account
