Experienced Recruitment Consultant

Spencer Ogden is looking for an experienced 360 recruitment consultant with a passion for building long-term client relationship and driving business growth.
What you'll do:
Manage and grow strategic client accounts across multiple sectors and regions
Develop trusted client partnerships, anticipate needs, and provide consultative advice
Lead business development efforts to secure new opportunities and cross-sell solutions
Collaborate closely with Delivery, Finance, and internal teams to deliver seamless service
Manage complex recruitment lifecycles and client expectations
Represent Spencer Ogden at industry events and promote our brand
What we're looking for:
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment agency setting, contract recruitment preferred
Strong relationship building and communication skills
Strategic thinker with solid sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
