What you'll do

Spencer Ogden is looking for an experienced 360 recruitment consultant with a passion for building long-term client relationship and driving business growth.

• Manage and grow strategic client accounts across multiple sectors and regions
• Develop trusted client partnerships, anticipate needs, and provide consultative advice
• Lead business development efforts to secure new opportunities and cross-sell solutions
• Collaborate closely with Delivery, Finance, and internal teams to deliver seamless service
• Manage complex recruitment lifecycles and client expectations
• Represent Spencer Ogden at industry events and promote our brand

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment agency setting, contract recruitment preferred
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
