Experienced RN- Critical Care

Must have at least 1 year of nursing experience as an RN. Shift is Day/Night rotation or straight Nights, 12 hour shifts.

The **Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)** at Fairview Hospital is a 26-bed nursing unit that provides treatment to patients suffering from various medical problems. Typical patient diagnoses are sepsis, respiratory, DKA, suicide monitoring, overdose monitoring, post-cardiac arrest hypothermia, altered mental status and stroke. Some of the most common procedures performed by the nursing staff in Fairview's MICU, include bronchoscopy, endoscopy, emergent intubations and central line placements.
