Experienced Safety Advisor Needed

Contribute to safety excellence at AltaSteel as a Senior Safety Advisor. This full-time role focuses on health and safety advisory support and compliance enforcement throughout the organization.
As part of the Risk Management team, you'll play an essential role in developing and improving safety programs. You will work closely with frontline supervisors to promote safe practices while monitoring compliance with occupational health regulations. This position is ideal for an experienced safety professional eager to collaborate and influence positive change.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advisory support to frontline supervisors
• Promote safe work practices and compliance
• Conduct hazard assessments and risk evaluations
• Assist in safety program development and implementation
• Mentor leadership on safety awareness and compliance
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
• Up to 10 years of experience in health and safety
