Experienced SAP SuccessFactors Specialist

Ateko is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant focused on PeopleSoft-to-SuccessFactors transformations for a significant utilities project. Utilize your skills in data migration and payroll validation to make an impact.
In this role, you bring over eight years of SAP SuccessFactors functional expertise with a focus on configurations in Employee Central, Time, and Global Benefits. You will oversee data migration processes, support integration efforts, and ensure Canadian compliance throughout payroll cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support PeopleSoft to SuccessFactors transformation and migration
• Configure Employee Central and manage payroll validations
• Review and oversee payroll processes for Canadian compliance
• Facilitate integration activities with APIs and IDocs
• Provide training and documentation for SMEs and partners
