Job Description
Arbutus Properties is seeking a dedicated Site Foreman to lead multi-family projects in Lethbridge. If you possess strong supervisory skills and a commitment to safety, we want you on our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing field operations, ensuring that construction projects meet timelines and quality standards. Reporting to the Superintendent, you'll supervise crews, maintain communication with stakeholders, and monitor productivity throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires a keen understanding of the construction process and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage trades and production on-site
• Train and support crew personnel for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Identify and address potential site issues proactively
• Assist with documentation and project planning logistics
