About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our growing dispatch team. This is a fully onsite position based in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven background in truck dispatching and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in truck dispatching
Must have hands-on experience working with open trucks under carrier MC numbers
Experience dispatching for carriers where you do not own the MC
Strong knowledge of load booking, broker communication, and rate negotiation
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is a strong plus
Familiarity with load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.com is preferred
