We are looking for a skilled person to find clients on Upwork and get them interested in our services. Your job will only be to send proposals and messages that make clients respond. Our team will handle the rest.

Responsibilities:

• Find relevant jobs on Upwork that match our services.
• Send personalized messages or proposals to clients.
• Get clients to respond and show interest.
• Keep track of your messages and leads.
• Show proof of past success getting clients (highly preferred).

Requirements:

• Experience winning clients on Upwork or other freelancing sites.
• Good English writing skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Able to handle sending multiple proposals without losing quality.
• Proof of past client wins or successful inbox conversions is a big plus.

Payment:

• Fixed pay plus commission for every SUCCESSFULLY CONVERTED client you bring in. <...
