Expert Back-Side Metallization Equipment Operation & Maintenance (f/m/d)

E2E Lifecycle Management: Leading and coordinating the technical evaluation/selection, introduction, integration, commissioning, fine-tuning and maintenance of backside metallization modules and relevant equipment

Management of the team in the area of backside metallization equipment: Establishing a team structure, imparting skills, and sustainably increasing competitiveness in equipment technology

Technology evaluations and planning of relevant manufacturing equipment: Preparing key technologies and building expertise in core equipment technology

Responsibility: You will handle equipment upgrades, modifications, or replacements with second sources to improve overall competence in terms of efficiency, stability, and throughput and to resolve critical technical issues
