What is Expert Business Control (HQ)?
Expert Business Control (HQ) supports and independently manages the budgeting, forecasting, business planning & reporting cycles of HQ entities; oversees business controlling activities, participates in month‑end closing, manages managerial reporting on the HQ dashboarding tool (Pulse), and performs analysis around balance sheet, cash flow, and projects. The role also prepares and submits business commentaries on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to gauge performance against approved budget, forecast & prior year; performs SOX controls and supports external/internal audit teams with queries.
