Expert digital solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert – Digital Operations to provide advanced production support for mission‑critical telecom digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands‑on expertise in WSO2 (APIM, EI, MI), Kubernetes (K8s), OpenShift, ELK Stack, Linux, MySQL, Shell/Bash scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.

This role requires deep technical troubleshooting capabilities to ensure high availability, performance optimization, and operational stability of high‑volume, customer‑facing systems operating within a 24/7 telecom environment with 99.9%+ uptime requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for WSO2 APIM, Enterprise Integrator (EI), and Micro Integrator (MI).
