What is Expert ESG -HQ?
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Group Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) team as ESG Expert. The ESG Expert will support the Dubai and Islamabad based VEON Group ESG team, in the execution of Group ESG strategy by contributing to research, analysis, reporting, and coordination activities across key ESG initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a keen attention to detail, and solid research and analytical capabilities, along with a good understanding of evolving ESG regulatory requirements. The ESG Expert should be able to interpret regulatory expectations (e.g., GHG emissions disclosure mandates), translate them into actionable requirements, and support the execution of reporting and submissions.
