Job Description
Become a pivotal part of Mercor's mission as a Subject Matter Expert in AI. This remote role allows STEM PhDs to contribute significantly to AI model development.
Mercor fosters connections between elite talent and top AI research labs from its base in San Francisco. This contracted role requires a commitment of 15–20 hours weekly from candidates with a STEM PhD. You'll focus on devising challenging problems, performing data analysis, and collaborating with AI teams to enhance model performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create advanced challenges for AI model training
• Analyze AI outputs for continuous improvement
• Collaborate on enhancing training data quality
• Work independently to achieve project objectives

Requirements:
• Possession of a STEM PhD from a qualified university
