As an Expert (m/f/d) in Customer Service and Logistics, you will assume overall responsibility for the areas of scheduling and customer service. You will lead a dedicated team that ensures smooth operations along the entire supply chain – from order entry and shipping to invoicing and payment receipts. In this key role, you will drive the further development of our service organization: you will think customer-centric, design processes more efficiently, and focus on digitalization and automation. In doing so, you will keep an eye on both our direct customers (farmers) and our sales partners (wholesale companies, dealers, sugar industry).
