Job Description

Perform product safety and compliance risk assessments and define risk mitigation measures during the development and product life cycle of our Jewelry, Accessories and Home products.
Assess impact of new and upcoming regulatory changes on materials and products.
Control of completeness and correctness of CLEAR RSL -, labelling, dual-use and re-export data.
Assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures that ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Develop and deliver training on compliance topics, ensuring employees are informed about relevant regulations and policies
Leading and coordinating execution of risk mitigation measures (e.g., market recalls) and communication
Track, analyze, and interpret new and evolving regulations, focusing on product safety, labeling, extended producer responsibilities, and ESG requirements
