Expert Product Manager at Enercare

Take the lead as Enercare’s Product Manager for Protection Plans and significantly contribute to our service excellence. This role focuses on driving profitability and improving customer lifecycle management across our diverse offerings.

This full-time position in the Product & Marketing department requires collaboration with various teams to ensure that Protection Plans are competitively positioned. You will be responsible for executing business strategies related to pricing, managing plan lifecycle activities, and analyzing performance drivers to optimize customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute pricing and coverage strategies for Protection Plans
• Manage lifecycle activities, including product enhancements
• Drive initiatives for improved renewal and customer retention
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators
• Assist in forecasting and margin analysis for plans
