Expert Scientist in Continuous Tableting R&D

Hovione seeks an Expert Scientist in Continuous Tableting R&D. You will lead projects from inception to launch, promoting innovation and scientific excellence in the pharmaceutical field.
Candidates should possess a PhD in a relevant field with 12-18 years of experience in R&D. In this role, you will supervise projects, manage a portfolio, and ensure scientific standards are met while expanding the company’s technology and product IP. Your responsibilities also include scientific presentations at conferences and collaborating with clients to articulate Hovione’s technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the strategic program for continuous tableting projects
• Implement and develop the R&D strategy for new formulations
• Supervise and lend expertise to ongoing projects
• Engage with customers to support Hovione’s sales efforts
• Drive scientific innovation and contribute to IP generation
