Exploration Geologist (GIT)

Your Next Challenge

Reporting to the Senior Exploration Geologist you will be part of the Exploration Department. You will be responsible for providing geological support to the exploration team that will focus on logging exploration drill holes using current software. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

• Assist in assuring the quality control and quality assurance of samples.


• Monitor and evaluate geological and assay data quality.


• Ensure geological data is collected to specified standards and QA/QC protocols are followed.


• Complete field visits to drill sites to check drill site locations and ensure drill and exploration programs are conducted to high standards and samples are collected and transported to the assay lab efficiently.
