Job DescriptionAs a global player, Continental operates tire plants all over the world.No matter where you start, one thing is for sure: in just two years you will be working hands‐on in real‐life manufacturing projects.Quality comes from experience so, to gain broad knowledge of tire production, you will start the program with hands‐on experience right there on the shop floor.After this initial experience, you will join other Manufacturing and Engineering Trainees for a six‐month stay in the Central Operations in Hanover.Participating in a series of stimulating projects you can get up to speed with the tire development process and our general Continental business model.Discover which technical trainings suit you best, develop your soft skills and build your network with visits to major Continental tire plants, customers and suppliers.After that you will get to know your customer's needs by spending half a month with one of our marketing and sales organizations in your home country....
