Explosive Safety Specialist

Responsible for the support of AUTEC’s mission by developing, implementing, promoting and managing the company Explosive Safety Program that complies explosive safety standards for the AUTEC Project. **Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.**

**Essential Responsibilities:**

• Oversight of the company Explosive Safety programs in accordance with US Navy Explosive Safety manuals, instructions and operating procedures.

• Provide oversight of the weapons handling qualifications program.

• Conduct routine ammunition magazine and grounds inspections.

• Conducting routine grounding and bonding inspections to ensure compliance with established US Navy Facility requirements.
