Export analyst

Plan, book, and execute transport across all modes (air, sea, road) to ensure timely delivery and prevent production delays.Liaise with government agencies, service providers, and port authorities to meet export schedules and compliance requirements.Ensure all documentation aligns with free trade agreements and destination-specific legislation.Align vehicle movements with vessel schedules and port stack plans to optimize space and avoid congestion.Approve customs, freight, and transport invoices based on agreed rate structures.Maintain master data and ensure accurate system updates for shipping information.Compile and submit damage reports and manage claims with service providers and insurance agents.Monitor export data, identify trends, and present insights to management for continuous improvement.Track performance against KPIs and address deviations to maintain service quality.
