About the role

As an Export and Import Logistics Coordinator at Cleo Singapore Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in the efficient management of the company's import and export operations. Based in the Mandai Estate North Region, this full-time position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to coordinate multiple facets of the logistics process.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate the timely and accurate processing of export documentation.

• Coordinate with suppliers for the importation of goods.

• Liaise with forwarders, banks, customers and suppliers.

• Planning and scheduling of shipments.

• Ensure goods exported are according to order requirements while maintaining records and reports.

• Coordination with warehouse.

• Independent and able to work under pressure.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely/reliable service.
