Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee all Shipping Instructions (SI) for all shipping lines.
· Ensure accurate submission of SI and timely marking of Elsewhere payments when submitting SI.
· Prepare Bill of Lading (B/L) drafts and check copies with customers.
· Review and verify documents to ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
· Handle amendments and corrections on the carrier system and attend to carrier SI updates.
