Responsibilities

• Lead export sales strategy and international market expansion
• Build and manage global distributors and key customer accounts
• Lead and develop the export sales & customer service team
• Identify new markets, pricing opportunities, and growth trends
• Represent the business at international trade shows and customer visits

Requirements

• 10+ years B2B international sales experience (food / flexible packaging preferred)
• 5+ years in a sales leadership role
• Strong export, Incoterms, and international logistics knowledge
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
