Export Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute export business development strategies for the Mattress Division
Identify new international markets, distributors, dealers, and business opportunities
Manage and grow relationships with existing overseas customers and key accounts
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with international clients
Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings
Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and international trade standards
Achieve assigned export sales targets and revenue growth objectives
Required Qualification & Experience:
