Export Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute export business development strategies for the Mattress Division
• Identify new international markets, distributors, dealers, and business opportunities
• Manage and grow relationships with existing overseas customers and key accounts
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with international clients
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and international trade standards
• Achieve assigned export sales targets and revenue growth objectives
