Export Compliance Specialist Role

Become an Export Compliance Specialist in a hybrid arrangement out of Kanata or Montreal, or work from Brampton. Ensure seamless compliance with ITAR and Controlled Goods requirements while enjoying a flexible work environment.
Your role will require obtaining secret-level security clearance and successfully passing assessments for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP). You'll manage the Export Controls Online (EXCOL) platform and carry out essential compliance reviews for import and export permits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee applications and accuracy of EXCOL processes
• Guide compliance with ITAR, EAR, and CGP regulations
• Review and create technical documentation for exports
• Liaise with PMO on compliance strategies
• Develop export control processes and practices
Requirements:
