Job Purpose To coordinate and manage export operations, ensuring timely processing of export orders, preparation of shipping documentation, compliance with international trade regulations, and effective communication with customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Export Operations Coordinate end-to-end export shipment activities from order receipt to delivery. Monitor export order status and ensure timely execution of shipments. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and transport providers. Arrange bookings with shipping lines and coordinate container movements. Documentation & Compliance Prepare and verify export documentation including: Commercial Invoices Packing Lists Certificates of Origin Bills of Lading Export Forms and Declarations Letters of Credit (where applicable) Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
