We're looking for an Export Coordinator with hands-on experience in international shipping, export documentation, and trade compliance—someone who can confidently manage shipments from origin to final destination.
What You'll Do
Handle the full export cycle, from booking and documentation to shipment release and final delivery
Prepare, verify, and manage export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, Export Declarations, etc.)
Coordinate closely with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, overseas agents, truckers, and clients.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and carrier procedures.
Track shipment progress, manage exceptions, and proactively resolve delays.
